Mindsight

In the mirror I see her, I see the moon of her glow
Her crescent face fading into dark matter
She is lost in orbit in the universes shadow

Far beyond the constellations the signs emerge
Rocky tides storm behind her brimful eyes
only one can witness the intensity of her urge

Ecliptic visions and silhouettes of mankind
Drawn to the parallel spin
She’s colour blind by the beauty and the architect of life-design

The safety of lines fade and she’s reminded of the blank pages

crossed out

                    ink stains

                                       dotted lines…

A *sigh escape her lips
She flutters back in vain with the draught
and inhales to a sleeping bliss.
